Our work sits at the intersection of human performance, decision science, simulation, and applied research. We study moments where complexity collapses into action and design frameworks that make those moments understadable, teachable, and repeatable.

Rather than producing tools in isolation, we develop coherent systems that translate theory into practice across sport, training, and high-consequence environments.

Research & Simulation - BLITXR

BLITXR is a research framework exploring how individuals and teams make decisions in dynamic, constrained environments. The work combines simulation, modeling, and applied systems thinking to examine timing, readiness, and adaptation.

BLITXR research has been presented at 

• MODSIM World Conference (2024) and

• Dayton Digital Transformation Summit (2025).

This work serves as the theoretical and analytical backbone for ongoing applied research and system design.

Athlete Readiness & Performance - The Readiness Line

The Readiness Line is an applied research initiative investigating how brief moments of self-assessment and awareness relate to emotional regulation, performance stability, and readiness under stress.

The project focuses on:

• Daily readiness monitoring,

• Behavioral and emotional patterning over time, and

• the mechaisms that allow athletes to transition from pressure into effective action.

Current efforts include pilot studies, grant-supported research development, and partnerships exploring performance and health-related outcomes.

Coaching & Training Systems - The Renaissance Defense

The Renaissance Defense is a coaching framework built to help athletes and teams operate with clarity in complex, fast-moving situations.

It integrates:

• Decision structure,

• Situational awareness,

• Adaptability, and

• Readiness principles developed through applied experience.

This work is currently used in practice and development settings and is being documented for future expansion.

Readiness is not a trait; it is a process.
