A tackle football event,
A padded camp,
A recruiting showcase,
A ranking event, or
A formal tournament.
Families can expect:
A formal check-in process,
Defined rules,
Controlled reps,
Hydration breaks,
Staff-led activity periods, and
A clear start/end time.
This event is designed to be:
Organized,
Clearly communicated, and
Operated with defined safety standards.
Registration is free, but each athlete must be registered by a guardian before participating.
Registration should include:
The athlete's name,
Their age/grade,
Guardian contact information,
An emergency contact,
Relevant medical information,
Waiver/consent acknowledgment, and
Media consent preference.
Sponsorship opportunities are being reviewed based on venue and Dayton Rec rules.
No sponsor placement, signage, vendor setup, food tables, banners, tables, tents, or on-site activation is confirmed until approved by the appropriate venue or partner.
Sponsors and community partners may be able to support:
Coach stipends,
Hydration,
Equipment,
Athlete recognition,
Event operations, and
Future 3rd & Forever football programming.
The adult 5v5 tournament concept is still being developed for a later date.
